Hi everyone!

I searched at least 3-4 hours if i find some useful help for my problem. But so far, nothing helped, hopefully if i specify my problem, some of you can help my suffering.

First of all, i don't have the best PC in the world, but it was more than enough for me.
I have a Dell Latitude E6440.
Intel I5-4200M CPU @2.50ghz 4 cores
Ram : 8 GB
GPU : Integrated Intel HD 4000 + AMD 8690M Series 2gb.
OS: Windows 10 Enterprise, 64 bit.

The problem is:
When i play any games, League of Legends, Rocket League, Overwatch it doesn't matter really, in the first 5-10 minutes, everything is running on smooth 60fps.
Then just *bop*, and everything is laggy, and it's suddenly 10-15 fps, which is more than unplayable.
The CPU runs at 80%+ all the time when a game is on. Without that, it's not going under than 35%
The PC ran Destiny 2 on Medium Graphs with 60 fps no problem... So it's not the lowest end pc.

Here is what i tried so far :
I changed back the energy settings to the normal, and back to performance. Nothing happened.
I changed my AC adapter too, didn't happen.
I bought an expensive and effective cooler for the laptop. It helped initially, but not now.
(Also the temperatures are always normal, thanks for the new Chipset Paste)
All drivers are updated including Bios, excluding the GPU. My GPU can't handle the newest Patch, when i want to install it, the pc freezes at 37%, and then i need to reinstall an old driver in safe mode. So i sticked to an older one, which wasn't the problem in the past 1 month.

Any other tips, what should i do now? :((
I'd appreciate the help.

And yes, if nothing works in the next 1-2 weeks, i'll probably end up getting a newer pc.
