Question Games are too dark in asus tuf vg27wq monitor

Have this monitor for a year now the problem is that dark parts in games are way too dark i cant see anything. When i try to increase gamma or contrast in gpu control panel or monitor settings it doesn't effect black parts at all.
My spec:
Rtx3070 ti
64 ram
I9 11900k
Please help me fix this or recommend a few monitors for 2k gaming. Thanks

its high contrast VA panel, so dark areas should look really dark

Err, increasing contrast makes more contrast between light and dark, that is, it makes light and dark further away from each other, lighter parts lighter and darker parts darker. If you want dark parts to get lighter you need to decrease the contrast.
