Games are unplayable all of a sudden

Some days ago , when i opened my pc , it was all blurry and all of the games were lagging.I uninstalled and reinstalled all of my drivers and nothing happened.I reinstalled my windows as well and the blurr is gone , but all of the games are still unplayable.Lagging everywhere. I never had this problem before so i would really like if someone could help me.

Have you checked your HDD load in task manager ? You can get there by pressing ctrl +shift +esc. Also If you can give more info on your setup it might help.
