Question Games Close Within Minutes of Starting

I am having issues where games randomly close a few minutes into playing them including Crusader Kings 3, GTA V, Dying Light, and others that are not taxing games for my system. I built a new one in January 2024 and it should be handling it just fine, this is my fifth build and the first time I have had serious issues. I have run DDU and MemTest 86+ and double-checked all the connections. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the games and validated the files via Steam. Here are the specs of the PC and in Windows Error Reporting I get "Faulty application name: 'ck3.exe' or 'GameManagerServic3.exe'". What else could I be doing wrong?

CPU: i9-14900K
MOBO: ASRock Z790 Steel Legend WiFi Driver Version 11.02 on 10/12/2023
RAM: G.Skill Trident Z5 64GB (DDR5-4800) (2x32 GB)
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti 12 GB Driver Version 32.0.15.5612
PSU: Seasonic GX-1200 80-Olus Gold
OS: Windows 11 Pro 1Build 22631
HD: Samsung SSD 970 EVO Plus 2TB & Samsung SSD 970 EVO 1TB

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

How are you cooling that processor? BIOS version for your motherboard?

RAM: G.Skill Trident Z5 64GB (DDR5-4800) (2x32 GB)
you should've looked into DDR5-6000MHz or a higher frequencied dual channel ram kit. Got a link to your ram used in the build?

Where did you source the installer for your OS and did you install said OS in offline mode? Where did you source the installers for your games?

Thank you and I appreciate your help!

I wrote the wrong type down, it is DDR5-6000.

Bios American Megatrends Int 11.02 from 10/12/2023 that I got from ASRock. I read that this BIOS version was the most stable and flashed the MOBO to that one before installing the OS.

I am using a Noctua NH-D15 to cool the CPU.

I downloaded the OS from MS store and installed it from a thumb drive as a clean install. I downloaded the steam client from its site when I installed the games.

Do you recommend I do a clean install and wipe the HD?
