Question Games Constantly freezing on my custom rig

I really don't know what's going on here. I have a custom rig with the parts here https://pcpartpicker.com/user/smithimitron/saved/FGpdXL
Games always freeze up soon after launch though. I'm assuming this is on the gpu, because i can still hear them, they just freeze. In Task Manager, they show as not responding, but they still make noise. The titles this has happened on is Fortnite, R6 Siege, CS:GO, COD BO3 and BO4. Being it happens on all of them, i dont think its a game issue. I tried overclocking core and memory clock up by 200 in msi afterburner to no avail. When it does this, my CPU is at about 50-60 degrees c as well.

That would cause something like that? I mean it is a 750 watt 80+ .... it only recently started this too. I’ve had it for a hot minute
