My games keep crashing I've tried updating GPU & CPU drivers, My thermals are fine, I've swapped between both of my RAM sticks, reinstalled windows, and I still can figure out what the issue is anyone got any ideas?

i7 4790k 4.0 GHz with 16gb ddr3 1866 mhz
MSI R9 390 8gb video card

120gb ssd (With windows & Basic Files)
500gb hard drive(Used for games)
Windows 10 fresh install

NZXT H440 STEEL Mid Tower Case
ASUS ROG MAXIMUS VII HERO/ACU
CORSAIR RM Series RM750 Power Supply

Solution
I would download and install the latest motherboard drivers then.

After that download and install the graphics drivers (again). Then evaluate the system performance. If it is still having problems, do a fresh install of the operating system with latest motherboard drivers installed.

If it can be fixed that should clear up any driver, dll, or IRQ problems.

one issue if it still happens is the 390 that a power hungry card. under gaming load it may be pulling more power the nthe pci slot can give. if you have another test gaming card see if it locks up. if not see if you can get the video card vendor to replace the gpu with a newer gpu that uses less power.
