Hello, apologies if this seems a bit confusing but i'll explain to the best of my ability.
I have had my computer for 3 years now, never had any major issues until this week. I felt it was time to upgrade my processor, which meant that I needed to get a new motherboard too. Ever since I put my computer back together again I am having a few issues which I have no idea how to fix, the main one being that I can't play any games on steam, nor Uplay as they all claim that they stop working before even loading up. I've Reset the OS on my computer and basically wiped the whole thing, re-installed the major drivers and the same issue is still occurring. Could it be my graphics card? I keep getting a message that says windows desktop explorer isn't working, tried to fix this as well with no luck.

I have never done a stress test before, which of the three torture tests should I run?

Not sure where it would say if I have a certified OS or not, but whenever I start the running for a rating of my computer, it does maybe one fifth of the bar and then "Windows System Assessment Tool has stopped working".
How do I check the device manager for conflicts?

Managed to get onto device manager, says that the Standard VGA graphics adapter cannot start. When I then click into the driver details, it says that it's 32 bit even though i'm running 64 bit? When I just went into change the settings and updated the driver, my monitor lost connection to my computer.
