Games crash/freeze on GTX 980 Ti?

Just got my new GTX 980 Ti and i played gta v for 2 hours then got freeze and saw blue dots on screen, i had to restart my pc manually in order to get out of the game. Witcher 3 crashes faster /freezes but for example if i play games like h1z1 / cs go they dont crash or anything.. I can also run 3DMARK without problem and heaven for hours w/o crash..

I'am using slight overclock +180mhz on core, +450 mhz on memory and 110 power limit.

It sounds like an unstable overclock. Does it still crash at stock settings?
