--> Keep in mind i'm not the brightest with PC's

So last month I installed a new SSD where i put my OS on it. My games are on my hard drive. Everything has been working fine until recently. Last night while playing WoW my game crashed with the error of "Intel Rapid Storage Technology Port 2: Failure" . Also a window pops up that is an AutoPlay for my E Drive (System Reserved).

After talking to one person about the problem they just said to totally wipe my hard drive and SSD again and that should fix it.

Is there any other suggestion y'all might have before I do a clean wipe?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there BHGamer,

As you have some HDD problems, I would advise you to start the troubleshooting process with just backing up the important data that is stored on the drive.
After that, you can attach the drive to another SATA port.
If the issue persist, it may be a good idea to test the drive with a brand specific testing tool. The results will show you the overall health status of the drive.
