Question Games crash on desktop

My Games always crash on the desktop sometimes i get BSOD too.
I have all my drivers updated, i dont have any viruses or malware, i tried reset computer to factory configurations. i have this problem since bouhght pc. please help

Open you ATX cabinet/chassis, and check for the Label/sticker printed on the PSU. Note down all the details.

its really as that important ? cause this case is really hard to get in for psu
