Hello,
So i have been getting serious game crashes for a day, after trying to solve the problem with drivers and some diagnostic tools i felt like i had no choice but fullly delete all my drives and reinstall windows. But that didnt solve my problem. Sometimes ill be able to play around few minutes till my game/app will just instantly close to desktop without any error message. but browsing my drives files and internet work just fine, unless i get blue screen which is also pretty common. My only lead is lots of errors logged on Event viewer, and reliability monitor.

What do the blue screens tell you?

From what I've gleaned in the log, there seems to be an Access Violation Error, i.e. a program is trying to access files that are not available to it for one reason or another.

I assume this happens just as random and as frequent on a fresh Windows install? The issue could be on your hardware. Check the RAM and storage drives. You can do Memtest86 (doesn't require Windows boot) with one stick of RAM tested in each slot. The more sticks and the more slots you have, naturally, will take longer.

For storage drives, run SFC in Windows. SFC /scannow on CMD and see if errors are detected within system file. Chkdsk can also be used to detect and repair errors (if possible) elsewhere in the system. Chkdsk /r for attempting to recover data from bad sector, and chkdsk /f for just checking. Running /r implies /f is also ran, and /r takes considerably longer than /f.

I used OCCT to test everything. all the test results are fine without crashes, till i do the power test and it has something about WHEA error detected.. Thats when i get blue screens few minutes in to the test. Last attempt gave me the SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION but it seem like it would be different blue screen each time, like page_fault_in_nonpaged_area.

So SFC /scannow had no errors, Chkdsk also. Memtest86 also had a pass result.

I dont know if the gpu fluctuate like that could be a sign View: https://imgur.com/a/tLFodPH

your PSU is probably GARBAGE is my main guess as you didn't even list it in the specs. it is one of THE most important components to ANY PC

any my statement is backed up by your prior comment with the pic from OCCT. OCCT told you already you FAILED the power test. PSU is main culprit there.

what is the make and model of the PSU. it probably can't make enough power for the graphics card.

let's see what @jonnyguru has to say about said PSU. I am not familiar with where that model stands in the quality list. If it's good then perhaps you have GPU hardware issue
