Some games like Call Of Duty Advanced Warefare, Middle Earth Shadow Of Mordor and Ryse Son Of Rome Crash on launch when I set them to High Performance through CCC, when they are at power saving the launch normally.

Specs :
HP Probook 450 G1
Intel i5-4200m
AMD Radeon HD 8750m DDR3 2Gb / Intel HD Graphics 4600
8gb Ram DDR3
720p monitor (which makes games requirments less demanding the posted)
Windows 8.1 64-bit
Latest Intel drivers downloaded from Intel's website,
AMD 14.9 WHQL driver. (this is not performance issue to update to 14.11.1 beta).
My laptop is set to High Performance mode always.

Playing COD everything is off and low on Intel HD Graphics 30-ish fps, 1366x768 resolution.
Playing Shadow Of Mordor everything is low and off too on 20-ish fps, 1366x768 resolution.
(They are playable but not 60-ish fps games XD)
Thanks in Advance.

Solution
Try this, it might work.
First of all you need to TOTALLY remove all the old drivers. Use this link.
http://www.wagnardmobile.com/DDU/
Note:
Select the respective company(i.e Nvidia or ATI) drivers to be uninstalled.
Use clean and restart option.
And then install the new drivers after rebooting.

I'll give it a shot although I just installed windows like 5 days ago and this is my first installation of both drivers, thanks.

Well, There's something good went well after uninstalling both Intel and AMD drivers using DDU, COD AW works now with AMD, but shadow of Mordor and Ryse Son Of Rome are not ... but I can play them using AMD by when I launch them I click anywhere outside steam to lose focus on the game and wait till it loads then click on it.
Thanks mate I hope when I get AC unity it works fine 😀 .
