Games Crashing after 20 minutes Max help

HELP!

i just got my GPU and its getting very frustrating i cant play games more than 15-20 minutes they keep crashing, i updated all the drives i reinstalled windows but nothing helps, im dissapointed because i spent a lot of money on this and i was expecting to be able to leave consoles behind, i use CPUID to monitor the temp on my components and the GPU doesn't go above 60 and the CPU doesn't go above 40
i dont know alot about PC or how to write a proper forum but im desperate ive tried almost everything

Note: this used to happen when i i didn't have a GPU on my PC so im definitely sure that it has nothing to do with it

You said it just happened before when you didn't have a GPU, and now you have it but games still crashes, so I don't think it's a GPU problem at all. First do you have any apps blocking your games? When games crash do they usually provide any log or error message? Or do they just close straight back to desktop without any warnings?

im having a similar problem, i never get an error report. I have a rx 470
