Games crashing after PC reset

I have an 250 GB SSD(Boot Drive) and an 1 TB HDD(Where i put all my games) and recently i got a virus that really messed up the pc. I was able to reset and format ONLY the SSD, and i still had my games. After rebooting everything, downloaded everything i need for the games(GPU Drivers, DirectX stuff, and Microsoft Resputibke 2008 thing). I was able to run GTA 5 till halfway of the prologue it crashed, then i tried playing The Division it crashed right after i got in game(after menus), then i tried Witcher 3 and it hasn't crashed yet(I hope it wont), then finally i tried to run BF4 till it crashed when i shot the front window in the beginning of the game. I also found a little decrease on the fps while i was able to run the games

What should i do to fix these crashes? Reinstall th

Your GPU may be overheating download a software like MSI afterburner to monitor the temperature while gaming
