Games crashing after playing for a while

So for example when I play PUBG or Rust for multiple hours they crash and Windows gives me a notification that basically says "You are running out of ram". I have 16GB of ram and my max ram usage today has been just slightly over 12GB. My page file usage has been over 19GB tho. I know alot of people who are running PUBG on 8GB of ram and their game doesn't crash. Does anyone know why this is happening? If so please help

Posting a list of your running programs and services would be helpful.

Monitor ram usage in task manager during game, see if there is some other process occupying large chunk of ram.

I'm usually running Chrome and Teamspeak and thats it

add more paging space if u got lotta hdd
also u should close everything b4 running an online game.(just a suggestion)
