Games crashing and Internet running worse (youtube, google)

Hey,so I overclocked my CPU (I3-8350k) to 4.2GHz and I tried if it worked but I might done something wrong cause it was running worse than before so I returned my settings to default and now I had my normal settings that should run normal before overclocking it. (4.0GHz) But something went wrong and my pc didn't run any games (PUBG,GTA V,CSGO) or run internet so quickly than before overclocking my CPU. So I think I need help to get my games and internet work agian like before or did I broke my CPU.I also tried 3DMark time spy to see what is my CPU score but it crashed too.
If u can help me I don't want to overclock my CPU anymore just help me to get my games and internet working agian like before
My motherboard is z370p 3d


I am little dumb and can't solve these kind of problems so I need some help!! Thank you!

I think you might have overclocked wrong but you could try and go back to original settings.
