Question Games crashing and weird stutters

My new system sometimes stutters and sudden crackling noise is heard in my headphones.
Sometimes my keyboard's light gets stuck for a split second while those issues happen.
Plus some games like overwatch keeps crashing , saying rendering device is lost.

My system is:
Windows 10 pro.
z390 Auros master.
i7-9700k
EVGA FTW3 2080.
32G 3200mhz corsair RGB vengence.
Corsair 850 RMX.
Corsair H115i platinum.

It's a new system and it's really frustrating.
no OC on either card or CPU.

just an idea not sure if this will help at all but is the bios for the motherboard on the latest release because it sounds like its motherboard related.
