Games Crashing At 60% RAM Usage, But Ram is Not Bad

So, I used memtest86 on both sticks of my RAM and it came up with 0 errors. But my games seems to crash if my PC goes near 60% ram usage. I have no idea why and could someone give me any suggestions.
