Games crashing maybe because of overclock or gpu drivers?

Specs i7 6700k 16gb ram gigabyte g1 gaming gtx 1070

I overclocked my gpu 3 months ago (+125 MHz gpu clock +600 Mhz memory clock 100% gpu voltage 111% power limit temp limit 92C) all games were running fine without any crashes until his week were I was getting an error code gpu hung display driver stopped......

Please can someone tell me how to fix my problem any help is appreciated!!

i have had this problem before. try declocking the gpu core speed to 100 mhz and the memory to 450 mhz keep everything else where it is.

I had this problem with the last Nvidia update. Games would crash and a pop up saying the display driver had stopped working. I reinstalled the driver and its worked fine since
