Question Games crashing on 2 YO PC

Hello, 2 years ago I bought my Custom Built PC, I had this problem since then, and I coulnd't find a fix... I just thought it would never fix until now, I got so angry... My games (League of Legends,Fortnite, Minecraft, Rocket League, Runescape, Genshin Impact....) crash ALOT.. Fortnite crashing somewhere about every 10-15mins, having to reset pc then not crashing for 1h and then crashing again.. Where minecraft, whatever I do, it crashes EVERY SINGLE 30 MINUTES.... I was so angry today, where I thought you guys might be able to fix it... Reinstalled windows, drivers, everything that could come on my mind... here are my specs:

What is your PSU brand and model?

That RAM at 2400MHz for a Ryzen system is not good. A Ryzen 2600 should be running faster RAM like 3200MHz RAM.

What is the temperatures on your CPU and GPU at IDLE and LOAD?

Should I buy another same 8GB stick or 16GB 3200MHZ
