Hi,
I have recently built a new gaming pc. The specs of gaming pc are:
Ryzen 7 3800x
Msi x470 Gaming plus
Gigabyte RTX 2070 Super Wind Force OC 3x 8G
Xpg Spectrix D80 8gb*2 =16gb (3600MHZ)
Samsung 960 Pro 500gb
1tb WD Blue HDD
700 Thermal Take RGB PSU

Note: I have not overclocked anything even the rams by default are running on 2666mhz and are running on the stock settings. And all the components were box packed.

The problem is that when I play games (Fortnite and CS-Go) both crash due to unknown reasons Both games some time crash after 6 mins,9 mins,33mins, or sometimes 1 hour 30 mins. I played Fortnite on the lowest setting @ 1080p and CS-Go default setting.

When the game crashes first a black screen comes and then the game display comeback and minimizes to desktop and error comes on the screen. After the crash, some time mouse clicks and keyboard keys do not work and I have to power off/ restart by the casing button. Sometimes the do work and I manage to close the game Fortnite through the task manager. Also in the task manager, the game Fortnite show not responding.

During the gameplay, the GPU temps were @ 62 C & CPU temps are @ 58 - 61C

I have tried uninstalling GPU drivers and also chipset nothing fixed
I have also tried to install the fresh copy of windows and installed games and drivers again did everything nothing happened.

I have also benchmarked the GPU on heaven benchmark and during the benchmark around 3 times the screen goes black then white then continues the benchmark.

I want to ask that can it be a motherboard problem because max my motherboard can support ram speed is 3400mhz but I am using it at 2666mhz(in bios) but by the company, my ram is 3600mhz. Also is this a GPU issue.
Kindly help me.
