Question Games crashing out with overloaded vram but had no problem running before

Specs: CPU :AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 8-Core Processor 3.80 GHz,
GPU : AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT 8 GB VRAM,
16 GB RAM, Two Terabyte SSDs

I've been having trouble with VRAM Crashes in higher Intensity (Modern Warfare 3 & Icarus) but were able to run these games without too much issue before with the lower settings with no real problems. Now I can't even be in modern warfare's menu without it crashing without a log telling me why. I have uninstalled my graphic driver with DDU and then reinstalled the drivers through the AMD Adrenalin software on which seems to sometimes fix the problem temporarily, and so I've updated my bios checked my ram and SSDs but nothing seems to be working…

*Edit* I just came home to a dead pc so it looks like it was either a fault with the power supply or motherboard I'll update after the autopsy

I haven't changed them from the lowest they could go in the first place, modern warfare is crashing in the menu as I try to download the shaders and Icarus crashing when loading geography as you load in. Tho I haven't tried the older version of Adrenaline yet
