Question Games crashing, sometimes blue screen what is the problem?

PROBLEM:
Random game crashes, sometimes I can play games for 2-4 hours or more hours with absolutly no problems, sometimes it games crash within 10 minutes, sometimes it I get BSOD(When playing games). When not playing games the computer works normaly no crashes or blue screens(yet)

What I know for sure isnt the problem Windows, Drivers, antivirus, any programs, memory(RAM)(I did the memory diagnostic test and it found no errors). GPU and CPU temps are below or around 50 max around 70 when benchmarking. I run GPU benchmark for 30min no problem, ran CPU bench mark again for 30 min no errors. The only BIOS setting that I changed the ram "configuration" I changed it to D.O.C.P mode so the ram is running at advertised speeds.

MOTHERBOARD: Asus TUF B450-plus (latest bios))
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 1700
GPU: Gtx 1060 3GB
RAM: Crucial Ballistix Elite 16GB KIT (2x8GB) DDR4

I just build this PC 1 day ago, I bought used graphic card so I think the GPU is the problem but Iam not sure.
(I dont have another GPU to test)

What do you guys think? Is GPU the problem or is it something else?
