I've had this PC for about 3 years, and it was bought already built from a friend of a friend. It hasn't had any real issues until the past few months, things have been getting worse and worse.
It started with general game crashes, or going to desktop and closing the game in the middle of it. Now I've started playing Black Desert again, it's gotten way worse. Last night I was trying to play and it would freeze my game, show me a striped screen on one monitor and black on the other, and it would recover and there was a tooltip saying the display driver crashed and had recovered, and my game would still be as it was.
Eventually, it wouldn't recover from the striped screen and the sound started stuttering along with it. I turned my PC off and ran memtest for a while, and it was all passing. So I got up this morning and figured I'd try again, maybe things were too hot last night, but as soon as I loaded into the game and tried to move, everything froze and I had to manually shut down again. I'm not sure what's going on anymore, but I've been typing this post on my pc with nothing else running and it's fine. I had a program open telling me my GPU temperatures while I had BRO open as well, around 85% load it was 70-73 celsius.
Here's my PC background and some specs.
Bought in 2013, it came with 3 4GB RAM sticks, I added in an additional 8 GB stick of my own.
Playing now with a 42 inch TV as a main monitor, and a 21 inch monitor on the side. Been using it with two monitors for about 10 months.

Any suggestions would be great, even something temporary until I can buy a new graphics card.
