Question Games crashing to desktop, no bsod

Hello. My games have been repeatedly crashing for the past month now. I've been dealing with it hoping it would go away but it hasn't. Games that are crashing are: Counter Strike 2, Dead by Daylight, NBA 2K24, Rust. The games will crash as soon as they are opened, shortly after, or after 30 or so minutes of play time. I have tried tweaking my BIOS, disabling XMP, turning off NVIDIA's automatic tuning, and reinstalling Windows. Furmark benchmarks went fine, no crashes. RAM test went fine as well. Any ideas what I should do?

GPU: ZOTAC RTX 4070
CPU: i7-174700K
MOTHERBOARD: Gigabyte Z790 AORUS ELITE AX
RAM: G.SKILL Trident Z5 32GB DDR5
PSU: be quiet! Pure Power 12m 1000W ATX 3.0
SSD: SAMSUNG 980 PRO 2TB

I wonder if your problem is related to stability issues 13th/14th gen have been experiencing lately with i7/i9s. Last link possible fix / work around.

0.085V+ worked for me, no crashes after 1 hour. thank you so much

I guess, might have to switch to AMD soon if Intel doesn't get it together😂
