Games crashing to desktop with no error messages

So as per the title, my games keep randomly crashing mid play. However they just freeze for a second, then close to desktop with no error messages at all.

I had an issue with power draw when I upgraded my GPU so I've had a new PSU which was bad on arrival, I've since bought another PSU and still doing it. It's more irritating than anything as some games I can play for hours with no issues but sometimes I can't play for 10 mins.

Specs are as follows:
AMD Ryzen 1600x
16GB DDR4 3200 Corsair Vengeance LED
Sapphire Vega 64 Nitro+
ASUS X370 Prime-Pro MoBo
InWin C900 900w Platinum PSU

Main games I play are:
Monster Hunter World
Civ VI
Total War Rome 2/Shogun 2/Attila
War Thunder

I play others but those are my main ones.

Really stumped on the issue, tried a fresh install of windows. Fresh GPU driver install and making sure everything is up to date!

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Right click your task bar, select task manager and click performance tab. What is the system's up time?

As I'm writing, it's been nearly 14 hours as I was running a Prime95 Stress Test. Came back with no issues over 13 hours with 132 tests.

Do you have any antivirus running in the background? Try disabling it.
