Games crashing to desktop

I built my first computer about a month ago to be able to stream games and play most AAA titles. However, now most of my games are crashing and some even crash to desktop, and also some other random issues such as video stopping play but sound continues when watching videos and random freezing of the entire PC. Most of my games are on the HDD, OS and a couple other files are on the M.2. If somebody could give me some advise and dumb it down I would greatly appreciate it.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 2600G with Vega Graphics
MOBO: MSI X370 Gaming Pro
M.2 SSD: Corsair Force 250 GB
HDD: WD Blue 2 TB
RAM: Corsair Vengence LXP 3200 DDR4 16 GB
GPU: XFX Radeon RX 580
PS: Corsair CX 750M

Are you on the latest BIOS update for your motherboard?
You may want to backup your critical content/files and reinstall your OS after recreating it on Windows Media Creation Tools.

You may also want to try out manually installing this version of their Adrenaline driver. WIndows 10 does not seem to recognize the drivers as the latest. Instead it sees the prior revision as the latest.

Do you have all of the latest drivers for both the board and processor/gpu? It also might be the ram. Have you overclocked anything?

All drivers and Bios have been updated. Nothing has been overclocked. I have no idea if the issue is the RAM since I do not know how to test that. I don't have any other RAM laying around.

Try reinstalling the adrenaline driver or even doing a backup and reinstalling your OS.
