Question Games crashing when loading

I have a..
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700K
STRIX Z270E GAMING
GFX 1070
EVGA SuperNOVA 750 G2, 80+ GOLD 750W

My pc works fine for doing regular work but every time I load a game, the game crashes and i dont know whats the problem
i tried switching the pci slot and it didnt work it still crashing, also I took the pc for repair and all the parts are working fine, the technician told me, also the pc is reading the everything is fine, also I tried checking the bios and its up to date and not overclock, i tried also resetting windows like new and installing all the drivers back and it sill didnt work and I dont know what to do

well its normal crash, on pubg it doesnt even load to the menu screen and MW i get to the main menu screen but its on 720 resolution but after I try to join a game I get dev error 6068, i can play low stats game like LoL or CSGO and fortnite at low frame rates and resolution
