Question Games crashing

So whats happening with my pc is whenever i start any game they like get to the loading screen and just freeze/crash without saying nothing just cant play anything at all that it will crash it started from a day to another i always used to lay those games without any issues thx.

full system spec? include make and model of the psu
cpu/gpu temp and usage when you try to play?
