Question Games crashing

I got my gaming PC about 3 years it’s a micro atx motherboard with 8gbr ddr3 ram, R7 370,600 watt power supply and a 3.5ghz I5. It ran all games fine on medium settings previously. About a week ago games starting crashing and now a week on I can hardly load into a game it has got progressively worse. Any ideas on how to fix this ??

It’s a EVGA power supply and temps from about 60-70.
