why games just operate on gaming cards but all work is done on quadros?, and how the deus-ex game can grind any graphics card even if it was a 1080 ti or a 1070 ti when operating on ultra 2k or 4k settings with 1440p may be going under 60fps, if can say anything about the tested cpu may be an i7-8700k?

Here's a link to answer your quadro vs GTX question: https://www.quora.com/What-is-the-difference-between-Nvidia-Quadro-and-Geforce-How-each-of-them-perform-on-CAD-and-Gaming
Long story short they are just different architectures aimed at different tasks.
As far as cards struggling with certain games such as DEUS EX it can be a variety of reason. It could be the game is demanding or just badly coded. I mean look at Crysis 3-all these years later and its still being referenced as a benchmark for games since its just a demanding title.
