[SOLVED] Games FPS Drop and Stutter

Specs:

Yoga 510-15ISK Laptop (ideapad) - Type 80S8
Intel (R) Core (TM) i7-6500 CPU @ 2.50GHz (4 CPUs), 2.6GHz
AMD Radeon (TM) R7 M360
8GB RAM

Problem:

All games I tried here get FPS drops and stutter, I tried The Forest, Valorant, and PUBG Lite all with the lowest possible graphics settings. Laptop isn't bloated since I do maintenance on it and has big storage capacity currently. All drivers are up to date, too. Hopefully there's a workaround, thank you!

It looks like you are running that game in windowed mode.
Use full screen as it gives better performance.

Also run MSI Afterburner to check your GPU and CPU usage during gaming to see how your hardware is handling the games.

I got a few problems. First is the usage was maxed out not even playing PUBG Lite yet, and after I switched to full screen, and tried to go to MSI, half my screen is almost static, no movement and I can't even switch to MSI.

You can setup MSI Afterburner to display settings on an overlay whilst in game.
