i just got a new custom desktop about 2 days ago. Today i didnt pay attention and inserted what i believe to be the windows 10 CD. After that, my whole computer just reset and when it started up again, all my things were gone. After downloading some games, i decided to test them out. Both Dota 2 and Overwatch were running at 3 FPS and now i dont know what to do. Doing anything but playing games seem to be fine and drivers are all up to date.
