Games freeze and crash after X amount of time

I recently made a my first gaming computer and I just got into some big games: pubg, squad, and R6Siege. The computer runs great, however after a certain amount of time, the game freezes and then crashes. For example Siege takes 2 rounds, Pubg is like 8 minutes.

Here's my benchmark test:
http://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/8853589

All together I spent maybe 1,700USD on the setup
SPECS:
Intel - Core i5-7600K 3.8GHz Quad-Core Processor
Asus - GeForce GTX 1060 6GB 6GB Dual Video Card
Samsung SSD 500gb
EVGA - SuperNOVA G3 750W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply
Crucial - Sport LT 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2666 Memory

I've checked my drivers to make sure they're updated, I'm not sure what else I can do.
I will say it seems I sometimes have another error where windows ten will bluescreen and give the IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL but not on startup, I've been unable to figure that issue as out as well but it doesn't happen to often.

I'd appreciate any help.

Run the Intel Processor Diagnostic. It will test the CPU and perform a load to test thermals. It should not reach the maximum rated temp. Also be sure to report back what the maximum temp it recorded too.

Download and install a copy of Memtest86 to a bootable USB flash drive. Boot from it, and let it run a full memory diagnostic. If you have errors, you'll know the source of your problem; bad RAM, incompatible, or improper timings.

Judging by the benchmark, the problem rests with the RAM or the SSD. Similar to what the benchmark suggests, try going into your bios and enabling XMP (Extreme memory profiling) if you haven't already as the way it is performing almost guarantees that it's not on. The stuttering and crashing can also be attributed to the SSD under-performing, so I'd recommend running 'chkdsk' in command prompt to be sure. Here is a good article on how to use chkdsk: https://neosmart.net/wiki/chkdsk/

If you have any more questions I'd be happy to help.

I found out the issue, I appreciate the help.
I didn't put my RAM in the right locations (slot 1 and 3)...
I did activate XMP and that also did boost my score so thanks Jesse!
