Question Games Freeze and Crash

Hello guys,

I am experiencing issues with my computer.
Whenever I play games, they sporadically tend to freeze for about ~5 seconds and then crash and move me to my Win homescreen.
It does not play a role, which games I play - may it be graphic intense games like God of War 4 or games like League of Legends.

My hardware is the following:

Windows 10 Pro 64bit
GPU: MSI RTX 3080 Suprim LHR
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800x
RAM: 32GB DDR4-3600mHz
Motherboard: MSI X570 Gaming Pro Carbon WIFI
PSU: 750W be Quiet! (Platinum)
Storage: 1TB NVME SSD

The temps of my rig are always good, with CPU and GPU not exceeding 70°C.

I have my CPU undervolted at -30mV per core, running stable all the time (also tried CPU benchmarks like Cinebench R23).

My GPU is also undervolted through MSI afterburner and I've tried a lot of different settings because I have the feeling that the crashes might come from the undervolting. However no matter which settings for undervolting I choose (may it be conservative 1890MHz @ 860mV or 1860MHz @ 950mV, which is more mV than the GPUs factory setting with 1875MHz @ 950mV) it always crashes from time to time.
However, stress tests like TimeSpy run stable at both settings.

I've tried several troubleshooting already:

Reinstall WIN
Reinstall drivers (all drivers are always up-to-date)
Windows Memory test
Remove Antivirus programs
Start everything I play as an administrator
Reinstall games
Remove any third-party software like MSI center
Run several stress tests like Cinebench or TimeSpy

I am really in dispair and don't know what else to do, hope you might have some suggestions for me.

Thanks in advance!

I just tried to run with factory stocks and God of War still crashed.

Windows Event Viewer reported the following:

So I tried around a bit and experienced no crashes until now. Maybe it is fixed.

Here is what I did (seems a bit random but idk):
-Remove GPU and insert it again
-Check on the 8pin cables of PSU (tightening them)
-Switched positions of the RAM (just exchanged the position)
-Put GPU from "Gaming Mode" to "Silent Mode" via the switch on the GPU. After that I created a custom fan curve so that it does not get too hot.

Don't know if any of this could have really helped but I did not receive any troubles until now. Thanks for your feedback and I will give an update once I have tried out the system a bit more.

Hi,

so after using the system for a few days I did not experience any more crashes so I guess it is fixed.
Thanks anyway for your suggestions and I think the thread can be closed.
