Hello, when i play a game there is a chance that it might freeze randomly, maybe after 5min maybe after 3 hours or it might not even freeze for a day and freeze the next day and i have to terminate the process. my temps are fine while running games.

I have seen many similar threads but i haven't found a solution yet cause for them it is mostly faulty drivers though it is not the case for me.

I uninstalled my drivers with DDU and installed them again fresh but it didnt work , and then i formatted my PC with a clean install of Windows 10 and i still get the random freezes.

My gpu is a GTX 1060 and the problems started after i got an AOC g-sync 144hz monitor so i suspect there might be a problem with the refresh rate or g-sync i haven't tested on another monitor cause i do not have a 2nd one and the freeze is way too random to test on purpose.

Solution
did you check your temp on system and if you have a tv with pc input you could try it as monitor on 60 hz to see if it hold on .

It doesn't have an hdmi connector and even then it has nothing to do with the freezing of an application if it was a cable issue the whole monitor would stop not a single application.
