Question Games freeze in loading screen

I recently built a new pc, but somehow I can't launch a game that needs more graphics such as Palworld or Valorant. It just freezes in the loading screen. There is no issue starting league of legends, besides the freeze when I tab out.. I already tried downloading all the drivers and flashing the bios, but I still have the same problem. This is my first built so, i dont really know a lot about that stuff. I hope someone can help me with his problem.

My current build is :
CPU: Ryzen 7 7800X3D
GPU: Rx 7900 xt
Motherboard Asus tuf gaming B650- plus wifi
RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR5 32 gb 6000 Mhz
PSU: CORSAIR RM850 850W Fully Modular Power Supply 80 PLUS Gold

I can't launch a game...such as Palworld or Valorant. It just freezes in the loading screen

does the entire system freeze and needs to be restarted
or just the games that then need to be properly closed?

GPU: Rx 7900 xt

what sort of temperatures are you seeing when stress-testing the card
and when in idle states?

PSU: CORSAIR RM850 850W

when was the unit purchased and how long has it actually been in use?
