Games freezes at GT610...Need Help.

My PC freezes at every game...Dont know why...Sometimes freezes for about a minute or sometimes freezes until forced to restarted...Specs are:-
Intel core 2 duo e8400 @3.00ghz..
4gb crucial ddr3 1666mhz...
Gigabyte g41mt-s2pt
asus nvidia gt610 1gb ddr3...

Games i play usually...
Dirt 3...NFS The Run...NFS MW 2012...bLAck ops 2...MW3...MW2
Did a lot of tweaks....But unsucessful....Please Help me out....

gt610 is like the lowest among the current generation.

do not expect too much from a 610, or even the next 710 if they stick to the naming convention.
if you want decent gaming, start with a 650, for amd 7770

I was asking for the solution as i used to play these games on medium settings with 28+ frames on a bit of overclocking...and also...To some extent...I have solved this problem by increasing the voltage of the memory from 1.500v to 1.900v in the bios...Now it freezes...But after about 1 hour of continous 1280x1024 resolution of gaming...
