Question Games Freezing alot

Good afternoon, for a while now i have been having major freezes and stutters on games for quite some time now. i have kind of narrowed down whats not the issues i recently replaced ram with Corsair Vengeance 32GB 3200mhz ram and still having stuttering and freezing. I get very large FPS dips too when it comes to playing games.

Intel I7 8700k
MSI Gaming X GTX 1080ti
32 GB Corsair Vengeance 3200mhz RAM
MSI - MPG Z390 Gaming Plus
750 watt power supply
