thats my build : https://pcpartpicker.com/list/qdTMhq
all of it is almost brand new, the oldest one is from april 2017...
the problems started around 3 months ago, randomly i had my computer doing restarts, sometimes turning on again right away and other times just having both of my screens saying no signal and my GPU, CPU FAN , BACK FAN didnt work but all the LEDS worked and the other fans also did..
i had that for a month and it just disappeared randomly and i had 3 months of smooth gaming...
now it came back 1 week ago again the same problems, restart, again no signal on screens, leds are working, main system fans arent spinning...
after 3 days of these restarts it stopped but now my PC is just having random freezes and is just slower ingame, im trying to play BDO i get in the game, it freezes for like 5 seconds, i try to get in the character and then the game crashes.
also when my PC restarted and didnt turn on he would not turn on for random times, sometimes 20 minutes sometimes 2 hours+ i always try changing the rams placing and tried having 1 ram it doesnt really help.
i didnt use any OC tried without XMP and with XMP its the same restarted the BIOS alot and didnt help.
is this a GPU problem? i heard that random restarts might happen from the PSU but that doesnt explain the freezes ingame and not letting me in and also the NO SIGNAL on screen which is connected to the GPU.
im afraid it might be the MOBO maybe im not a huge expert but there are so many problems with my rig atm....
i have ordered some parts from amazon what if i bring my rig to a PC LAB and they find the problem, lets say its the MOBO do i contact AMAZON tell them that the mobo is bad and they change it? do i need to get them proofs? send them the MOBO?
sorry for the long post im just depressed after building my build and spending so much money and then i have to see it falling apart ;/
also 2 of my monitors are connected to my GPU, when the game freezes both of them freeze, i had the task manager up and the CPU maybe was on 30-60% but im not sure if its showing the percent when its freezing maybe it didnt catch up.
i also touched the RAMs after the restarts and the were really hot, almost as hot as the GPU idk if its a problem?
the Temps for CPU are like 40-70 ingame barely 70 and GPU is same...

That sounds like your PSU is failing. It can be hit or miss for awhile with a PSU before it just finally kicks the buckett. But like I said, it is under warranty through corsair. You will just have to deal with the RMA process. You may want to give them a call.
What are your CPU and GPU temps. Does not sound like a thermal throttle, but I would not rule it out either. Are you overclocking?

Do you have another PSU to test the system with? My gut says it is a PSU issue. You have a good PSU but dropping another PSU would tell you if it is faulty and save a long headache and avoid paying someone to tell you what the issue is.

As far as contacting Amazon, they probably wont do anything. You should contact the manufacture. If it is your PSU, it is still under warranty by Corsair. They will fix or replace it free of charge. Your other components may have similar manufacture warranties as well. So I would contact the manufacture of the faulty part, when you find out what that part is.

the GPU is okay 60-70C
the CPU is a little high i guess its like 65-70 but sometimes it can spike up to 80
thats when i play BDO at 4.5GHz but it says that the CPU is at 20-30% load while the GPU is always 99%
i dont have another PSU is this really the PSU tho? random screen signals lost and game freeze? isnt it more like GPU?

Lost screen signals and game freeze does sound like a GPU issue. But that wont cause your CPU fan and case fans not to work.

So if you CPU was throttling it would shut the PC down, could be a game freeze, and it may not allow power to come through till it was at a cooler temp. This would explain why your fans were not working as the CPU would not turn on till it cools. However, your temps are fine. It is not a thermal throttle.

The CPU load at 20-30% does not make much since though. I would clear the CMOS on your motherboard. Then game and see if it happens again. There may be a problem with the overclock. But I don't think so, it is just an easier solution to a problem.

What may be happening is your PSU is faulty. It cant supply enough power to the system because it is failing. It could explain the 20-30% CPU usage. Because the CPU does not have enough power.

If it were me, I would go to a local store that has a return policy and buy a PSU. Test it on your system. If the new PSU works, then you know it is the PSU and you can contact Corsair to get your old PSU fixed under warranty. If it does not, then you know it is not the PSU. Either way return the new PSU regardless of the results and get your money back. While it may not be 100% ethical, you will know if your PSU is broken and it wont cost you any money.

its really weird, 1 week i have the problem and the other week i dont it just comes and goes. i played BDO without any problem for like 6 hours straight now..

and again the problems stopped randomly, for around 10 days i have played the game nicely although i felt like it worked worse than before...
now when i try to overclock my GPU it enters the game, freezes a couple of times gives me this error
"failed to identify usable graphics adapters. at least 1280x720 screen resolution is required" and then quits the game...
these were my overclock settings : https://gyazo.com/b0e87eab18c125038eb1552366017d30
i always used that before without a problem...
oh and just now i checked it and it said that the speed is 139MHz O_O : https://gyazo.com/69a39b623a4171ce1497389182cf2509
is GPU the problem then? maybe it drops down to 139MHz and it cant handle the game... and freezes.?
or can it still be related to the PSU?
once i stopped the GPU OC and just set it to default in the MSI AFTERBURNER the game worked fine....
should i just take my computer to a computer lab and let them find and fix it?
or is it really the GPU and i should just take the GPU there to fix it?
