So I've run into a bit of an issue, That I can not figure out myself, For the past week or so When I launch games after my PC has been idle for a while, sometimes they will freeze momentarily, (for about minute) I can still hear sounds like Menu music or w.e. and seems to happen after I launch a couple different games in a row or alt tab when it launches (but not always) sometimes when its been idle all night I can hop on first thing the next morning and it'll freeze~Usually Rainbow Six~ but doesn't just pertain to that game, I can usually wait it out and it'll resume back to normal if I don't click anything with the mouse and just let it go through it's start up, If I click the mouse it seems to make it worse or even sometimes completely crash to the Home Screen, I was playing RB6 Siege once and it froze on start up when I clicked the mouse it would beep through my headphones, But that has only happened one time, If I restart my pc the issue stops and I can resume whatever I was doing, but it doesn't seem to effect game performance at all no added stuttering or FPS dropping or anything like that, I have noticed they seem to launch slower even when they don't freeze and have noticed the blue spinning wheel a lot more often than usual, for about 3 months i've been unable to update windows, I keep getting and error saying: updates failed: A current driver on your PC may be better than the driver we're trying to install. We'll keep trying to install. (but I dont know if those issues are related) I've been keeping my eye on task manager and have noticed when launching the game My Cpu spikes to 100% utilization but only for a split second, So idk if that's normal, also my HDD disk usage seems to spike at 100% when launching games as well but then drops, I've also been monitoring temps through RivaTuner and temps seem fine, CPU never goes over 60c and GPU is a blower style GPU so it usually runs around 75c-80c but never goes over 81c which from what i've seen on that specific card is normal, I have not ran into any BSOD or anything for the moment, Thank God, but I am worried that this issue may snowball into bigger issues down the road.

I bought this PC PreBuilt about 11 months ago from Cyberpower PC (I know I should have built one myself but this was during the Cryptomining craze when GPU prices were inflated and it made more sense to go pre-built) I've already had to send it in to Cyberpower PC for repair about 6 months into owning it, I kept getting BSOD: Memory management, and then it stopped booting altogether, They replaced the motherboard and the CPU fan from what the RMA form states. It has been running fine until this issue. I'd like to resolve this issue before trying to RMA it again but also my warranty on the PC ends in 1 month so if I absolutely need to now would be the best time.

Specs (No OC's): i5 8600k
MSI Aero GTX1070
Asus Z370 Prime-P
240gb SSD (Not sure what brand or model but can check if needed)
1tb HDD (same)
2x4 8Gb DDR4 Patriot Viper Elite 3000Mhz but running at default 2133mhz (I had XMP enabled and was running at 3000mhz but turned it back to its default when this issue arose, I had it on for about a month before this issue)
650w Corsair CX650M Power supply 80+ bronze.

Things I've tried:
Uninstalling and Reinstalling Graphics Drivers.
Ran a Memory Diagnostic: Passed, No Issues detected.
Ran Intel Processor Diagnostic test: Passed.
Ran a 3dMark Benchmark and Scored: 5796 on spy glass. (don't know if that info helps)
Ran McAffee to check for viruses: none found.
Power has always been set to High Performance mode.
I just changed my Power Options to make the monitor and PC go to sleep after 1 hour, I had set to never sleep. (I'm not exactly sure yet if that's worked)
I tried to do a fresh start but there was an error: There was a problem resetting your PC no changes were made.
I've also re-seated the Ram Modules.

Solution
So I figured out what was causing the issue and wanted to update this post just in case someone has the same issue in the future, What was causing this issue was my Corsair K55 keyboard, Not the iCue software but the actual keyboard itself, I removed the iCue software and the problem still continued, I had done a complete reinstall of windows 10 wiped everything updated drivers and still the problem persisted, when I all but had given up, I thought maybe if I plug my old keyboard in perhaps that will work, who knows right? and sure enough. No issue, no freezing no crashing, everything works as it should, So I returned the keyboard and went with a Razer Cynosa Chroma and it's been working flawlessly since.
