Games get lagged until I reinstall my drivers

I have to reinstall drivers every time I reboot otherwise I experience lag to every game
But It is solved when I reinstall my drivers

Do you have any app that saves your Windows partition for security reasons? Backup/restore?
Did you scan with a good antivirus to check your system? Malwarebytes for example

try a DDU driver wipe to completely remove all traces of the AMD/Nvidia driver, then re-install latest version from either AMD's or Nvidia's website.

Yes i scanned it with a good antivirus
Is there any option in nvidia control panel to disable something

Unless the driver update ends with an error, it shouldn't do that. Just do a install and reboot after. And check version before and after.
