Question Games in HDD with Low FPS - Games in SSD playing normaly

Hello guys
I'm having a problem with games in my HDD,
I have SDD with my OS and some games in it and i also have some other games in the HDD installed.

My specs are:
AMD Ryzen 5 3600X
16 Gb Ram
Gigabyte RTX2070 Super
Kingston HDD - 1TB
Samsung HD103SJ SSD - 500 GB

The problem here is... the games installed in my SSD run perfectly... 120 FPS in some cases. All as it should be.
In the other hand, the games in my HDD just suck FPS. Games from 2012 run like 30 fps and so on.
Tried playing worms and COH and didnt happen.... like 15 or 30 FPS all the time...

Any words on what could it be?

It's probably the Kingston HDD, since as far as I know they never made one...
