Hi, just to know ... how are running video games on VMware Workstation 8 ? Can VMware use 100 % power of the gpu and all the pc host ?

I think you're a bit in the wrong section.

if I had to take a guess, I'd say that your performance would largely depend on hardware architecture and driver compatibility/availability.
