Question Games installing very slow (GTA 5 - 20H+)

So i noticed this a few days ago, when i installed Deceit (8GB) in like 1 hour and 30minutes. Yesterday, I decided to install GTA V (90GB). Today there are still 10GB to download in 1hour+, estimated time. Suddenly, I realized that not the network was the problem, the speed is 9.5mb/s put the disk usage only 1.2 maximum 1.5mb. I have a GTX 1050 ti and I7, 8GB ram. To mention that a few months ago I install GTA 5 but in like 2 hours. Please help me if you can.
