Question Games keep alt-tabbing whilst in fullscreen

Hi, randomly, with no apparent correlation with one another, my games keep alt-tabbing out. This has nothing to do with any key strokes or inputs as it happens whilst both using a controller and not even touching the keyboard at all. I downloaded a program which shows inputs and what has taken the priority at that moment and what I found is that whenever my system does what's called a "System Idle process" whatever game I am on alt tabs out back to the desktop. This only happens in fullscreen not windowed or fullscreen windowed. I have tried setting my game to high priority in the task manager but this does not help. Can anybody help me? Anyone know what this process is and why it is alt tabbing me? Thanks

This happened to me too. Random times during me playing Apex, it'll Alt-Tab out for no reason. Little did I know it was cuz either a program started up at random or a program force another program in the background which forces it to basically "Tab Out" of the game as it's prioritized to do so. That is until I looked it up too and found that on certain engines; disabling the in-game overlay sometimes fixed it especially also to crashes of the same engine. Say Steam Overlay or EA Overlay...........................So.....................try disabling it........................
