Games keep crashing and monitor keeps flashing black

My recently built pc has been getting alot of problems with games like cod ww2, which the error would say DirectX encountered an unrecoverable error. The GPU device instance has been suspended.
This is also not the only game, its all of them! Even minecraft Here are my specs
Gtx 1060 3g
ryzen 1700
16gb ram
b350m-a PRIME
PSU 550w
250 SSD
1TB HDD

I would first try a clean reinstall of your Nvidia drivers and see what that gets you. If you dont know when you run the install this option is in the Custom Installation of the install options for the driver.
