Question Games keep crashing to desktop on new system

Recently I have upgraded my pc and now games just keep crashing. I've tried Skyrim se with mods, fallout 4 without mods, Total war Warhammer 2 and they all crash to desktop on startup or during gameplay without any error messages. I have updated my motherboard drivers and reinstalled my graphics card drivers but crash to desktop still happens. I brought the GPU, CPU, RAM used and the rest was new. I'm not sure if it's because of the used CPU and GPU so any help is appreciated.

AMD Ryzen 3 1300X
Nvidia GTX 960 4GB Palit
MSI B450 Gaming Plus motherboard
8GB (2x4GB) DDR4 RAM at 2400Mhz
EVGA 600W 80 plus PSU

Are you using a clean Windows install or is it the same as before? If not, could be an issue, but try complety removing video drivers with DDU and trying the games before reinstalling Windows.

I did a clean install of Windows 10, I downloaded 2 games , Beam NG drive, and Hearts of Iron 4 to test. Beam NG ran fine , no crashes however when I tried playing Hearts of Iron 4, it still CTD without any error messages.
