[SOLVED] Games keep freezing/Crashing on my PC

Hi Guys,

I built my PC last June and the specs are
i7 8700
Asus tuf h370 pro gaming mobo
16GB Corsair RAM
Samsung 970evo 250GB SSD
2TB seagate barracuda
1660Ti gigabyte gpu

My games such as CoD WW, battlefield V,
Metro exodus, CSGO, GTA V keeps getting stuck like i can hear the background noise but the screen is stuck and frozen. Sometimes it just crashes to the desktop. It happens almost all the time whenever i start up the game after around 1 minute.

I updated my Video card driver too. Please help me as I'm freaking out on what to do.

Check Task Manager to see if there are any background tasks hogging up system resources. Run a full scan with Malwarebytes software. Check CPU and GPU temps while in-game or using a stress test.
