hey guys earlier tonight my pc sorta freaked out a bit for no reason, i decided to restart the thing but since then all my games seem to stutter terribly, for example csgo will run smoothly for about 3 seconds then sudennly freeze and then it plays again over and over and it seems more frequent when i get in combat i checked for drivers updated my graphics card driver and still the same the task manager says its only using a small amount of cpu gpu memory etc and everything but my games seems to work fine i tested games from places other than steam too and they also stutter but no sign of problem on task manager
i have no idea how to fix this some help would be really appreciated
